Food is one of the basic necessities of life. Everybody needs food whether they live in an arid desert or a snow-covered forest.

Fastfood, Spicy noodles, and fritters. 

These foods are present in the lives of almost everyone every day. But eating such food does not reflect eating well. Why we should eat well and does it matter?

Do you know that eating well is not only good for our physical best but good for our mental health too?

A healthy, well-balanced diet can help us think clearly and feel more alert. It can also improve concentration and attention span.

Conversely, an inadequate diet can lead to fatigue, impaired decision-making, and can slow down reaction time. In fact, a poor diet can actually aggravate, and may even lead to, stress and depression.

According to the American Dietetic Association, people tend to either eat too much or too little when depressed or under stress. 

Here are tips for healthy eating:

- Steer clear of processed snack foods, such as potato chips. Pass up sugar-filled snacks, such as candy and soft drinks.

- Have a healthy snack when hunger strikes, such as fruit and nuts

- Think about where and when you eat. Don’t eat in front of the television, which can be distracting and cause you to overeat. Instead, find a place to sit, relax and really notice what you’re eating. Chew slowly. Savor the taste and texture.

She has received award throughout her career, like two Grammy Awards, two Billboard Music Awards, three American Music Awards, 30 Guinness World Records, and many more. 

Almost all of her songs become a hit such as 'Thank u, next', 'Into you', 'Dangerous Woman', 'Positions', and '7 Rings'. Even the collaboration song is became a biggest hit. Ariana best collaboration like 'Stuck With You' ft. Justin Bieber, 'Die For You' ft. The Weeknd, 'Bang Bang' ft. Nicki Minaj, Jessie Jay, 'The Way' ft. Mac Miller, 'Rain on Me' ft. Lady Gaga, and many more.

Ariana have such a good voice. People said that Ariana has an angelic voice. Ariana has a powerful vocals. She can transition between registers smoothly, and her powerful voice is perfect for belting out big notes. She has an impressive four-octave range and a perfect pitch that not everyone can pull of.

Besides being good at music, she also has a kind and caring heart. Ariana Grande donate up to $5 million in free therapy or equivalent to 75 million rupiah. in honor of World Mental Health Day. She also has donated Christmas presents to children at hospitals in Manchester following the terror attack there. She's nice and talented. That's why many people loves her including me.

 National Exam, is it Necessary or Not?

The national exam has recently become a popular topic among the students, teachers and parents. In Indonesia, the national exam or often called UN is a standardized evaluation system for students to achieve graduation. But in 2021, prime minister Nadiem Makarim announced new policies, one of which is to abolish the national exam. Some people argue that national exams are not required for students as a condition for school graduation. On the other hand, others see national exams as an important indicator of whether students have mastered all the subject matter or not.

Some people argue that national exams are required for students to graduate from school. Those in favor of national exams explain that the quality of Indonesian education would suffer without them, so they try to defend the system. They argue that with the national exam we can know whether students have mastered all the material in school or not. They also believe that the national exam can motivate students to study more harder. 

But there are also those who strongly disagree with this opinion. Those who against national exams say that there is no need for national exams because the quality of education just not only depend on national exams. In addition, national exams only measure a small portion of students' competencies in certain subjects, not the overall performance of students. The UN is also a burden for students. No doubt many students are stressed out because they failed the UN.

In conclusion, the national exam can still be useful for evaluating or detecting students' level of cognitive competence in several subjects, on a national level. But, it is unfair if only the national exam score determines a student's graduation. The government actually should make a regulation that the national exam is not the only requirement for student graduation. There should be other qualifications added. Of course, qualifications that are not burdensome for students

The THREE Great Sins of Education

The three great sins of education, namely bullying, sexual violence, and intolerance, will still occur throughout 2022. This reminds all education stakeholders to improve the system for preventing and overcoming the three great sins in education units.

Bullying itself is any form of oppression or violence that is carried out intentionally by one person or group of people who are stronger or more powerful towards another person, with the aim of causing harm and it is carried out continuously. this will greatly impact the victims, both physically and mentally, the worst condition can lead to death. Whether it's the victim who ends up committing suicide, or it's the victim who gets revenge.

The next one, sexual violence is unwanted sexual conduct, causes offense and discomfort, and can be (in some situations) physically and mentally harmful. Victims can feel intimidated, uncomfortable, embarrassed, or threatened. Usually in cases like this, all the blame lies with the victims, whether in dress or behavior. That's why sexual violence is rarely handled properly.

And the last, intolerance is forcing will on other people, not wanting to get along and not being kind to people of different beliefs, hating and hurting the feelings of people who have different views or opinions, being concerned with their own group or considering their group to be better. Intolerance at school sometimes appears because the rules in school are the "copy and paste" rules for school programs from year to year. So that school rules are not adaptive and not in accordance with existing conditions.

Intolerance, sexual violence and bullying are things that need to be prevented and eliminated from education units. In addition to having an impact on the physical, the three great sins of education will also have an impact on the psyche which affects children's development. Because we humans are social creatures, who live side by side with other people, that's why it's important for all of us to instill respect for one another from now on.

About Maintaining the Cleanliness of the School Environment

School cleanliness is an important factor to create comfort in the school environment and its surroundings. Every school always teaches to maintain cleanliness by not infrequently holding school cleanliness competitions to attract students to care about cleanliness. Several ways can be done to keep the environment clean, such as disposing of trash in its place. cleaning the blackboard, and sweeping the classroom.

In class, pickets are distributed every day to maintain cleanliness. For this reason, picket officers remain in charge of sweeping, erasing blackboards, and preparing teacher stationery.

Every day all class members do school community service to clean up the school after the first lesson is over. One of the benefits is to make the relationship between students, fellow teachers and between students and teachers more intimate.

Cleanliness of the school environment is something that cannot be separated from school life and is an important factor in achieving a comfortable teaching and learning process.

Cleanliness of the school environment also ensures the cleanliness of a person and his health. Therefore, cleanliness is a human endeavor so that the environment remains healthy and is maintained on an ongoing basis.
